I think of the three health care issues that I sort of highlighted, and that we all highlighted tonight. That is the one where I think there has probably been the most disappointment because of, as the gentleman said, the rhetoric during the campaign. It was certainly true on the part of President Bush or then candidate Bush that this was going to be addressed and this was going to be a priority, and it has not been. We can argue about what kind of plan we should be putting into place, and whether the Bush plan is different than the Democratic plan. I can talk about that all night. But the bottom line is, I do not see any movement. I do not see any effort by the President to come down here and say, 'This is a priority and I want it enacted into law,' even his own proposal, as limited as it is. I think we can see that on all these issues. Probably the one that he most committed to was the Patients' Bill of Rights.
