I agree with my colleague that what this bill does is basically take the lessons that we learned from the pandemic about what can be done to improve the Strategic National Stockpile for the future. Madam Speaker, I ask everyone to support the bill on a bipartisan basis, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Pallone) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 3635. The question was taken. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
