“But, at the same time, even though this is not until 2010 for the voucher for Medicare in general, they are essentially doing the same thing with prescription drugs. If you want to get a prescription drug benefit, you would have to join one of these private plans, or whatever it is. Otherwise you do not get the benefit. So, by luring people with the prescription drug benefit, that that is the only way they can get it, if they go out and buy this drug only policy or join an HMO, effectively they are doing the same thing before 2010. ... Can you just imagine how they would cut the benefits? You are in home health care and you have to take medication, and instead of having somebody come twice a day, if they might need to, you come every other day. It is all those things that will be cut, little by little by little by little, and you and I will be stuck with our parents and their problems.”
