I want to thank not only the gentleman but also the gentlewoman from Oregon because she continues to point out, I think a major point here, we are talking about working people who are willing to pay either all or some of the cost of the health insurance for their children. But unless we establish some system, as the gentleman from New York said, to build on the existing plans that are out there, they just do not have access to it, or it is too costly for them because they do not get it through a group plan, through their employer or whatever. We are talking about working people. We are going to continue to do this over the next few weeks and the next few months, I hope not the next few months because I hope our colleagues on the Republican side of the aisle will be willing to bring this up at some point in the next few months. But we have to keep talking about it because it really is a crisis, as the Children's Defense Fund report points out.
