For the last 5 years, the American people and terrorists themselves have watched in astonishment and disbelief as this administration has handed back blood-bought gains to our enemies.

The majority of these agreements are working. However, failure of the previous administration to enforce Open Skies agreements with the Gulf States, means Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar Airways are distorting the market with over $50 billion…

It seems to me that the wealthy Arab nations could in a heartbeat help turn this around.

I would suggest that there is more unanimity amongst you today than I have heard in a long time.
