The EELV program has long faced scrutiny on the lack of transparency when it comes to the costs its sole-source provider charges the Government.

No one should ever be treated this way, and we are here today to ensure that this never happens again.

I urge all of us to pay close attention to how the DOD leverages the private sector for national security missions.

I would oppose any effort to impose new aircraft noise restrictions that may undermine our national aviation and airport system.
