I am pleased also, Mr. President, to support this project. And I have reviewed the plans several times over these last couple of years. It increases the ability of that port to function and to expedite the movement of freight from the port into the main line system. Otherwise, there are some problems with heights and of the cars that can pass underneath the bridges, so it needs some work. And we hope that Rhode Island will get this completed. We all know that essential to our economic development is the capacity to get people and goods to and from the business opportunities that either exist or want to be developed. So this one sounds like a pretty good idea. Senator Shelby said it. He said we have heard from Senator Chafee periodically, regularly. We have heard from the Governor of the State who, if I remember, is about 6' 4'', something of that nature. They made sure they brought him in. We got the message, Mr. President. Senator Reed was also involved. So it is a unified delegation. And they are working hard to get it done. And we want to help wherever we can.
