But in the process, the Senator from Pennsylvania did acknowledge that the President's budget is way off line because now we are talking about $1.5 billion; whereas, otherwise, it is $500 million less. So while this bill is imperfect we do want to see Amtrak supported, and I hope that we will be able to resolve it in the appropriations process to get it to where it needs to be.
