This amendment that I introduce with Mr. Keating grants the President authorization to support UNFPA in their work to promote the access of woman, unaccompanied minors, and other vulnerable people to vital services including access to water, sanitation facilities, food and healthcare as well as support services to prevent and respond to gender-based violence and emergency in conflict situations.
