in the Congo we have a similar situation which is at the verge of coming to a conclusion. My question is, if in two weeks all of the discussion that I will be having with the various presidents of the combatting countries agree they indeed will withdraw but the U.N. needs to be there to fill that vacuum left, where is the money then for the Congo's peacekeeping? Because the Security Council has already approved the peacekeeping plan for the Congo.
