Finally, the Department of Labor as they are making new categories for workers who are ineligible for overtime through regulations, even though it has not been finalized, from what I understand on the Department of Labor's Web site, there are instructions for companies that might qualify on how they can move to take people in a new category as being ineligible for overtime pay and in steps one through five, how they can accomplish that. We are driving down the salaries of American workers and outsourcing of jobs going abroad. They said that would create more jobs in America in certain categories of jobs once the PRC, the People's Republic of China, continued to grow economically. We have not seen the impact here. Mr. Speaker, I appreciate the gentleman allowing me this opportunity to have this discussion.
