I am opposed. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the motion to recommit. The Clerk read as follows: Mrs. Watson Coleman moves to recommit the bill H.R. 3624 to the Committee on the Judiciary with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith, with the following amendments: Page 5, line 2, strike the close quotation mark and the period which follows. Page 5, after line 2, insert the following: ``(5) This section shall not apply to a case in which the plaintiff seeks relief in connection with the sexual abuse and exploitation of a minor.''. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to the rule, the gentlewoman from New Jersey is recognized for 5 minutes in support of her motion.
