Page 4, line 2, strike ``of 1969'' and all that follows through the end and insert ``of 1969; and''. Page 4, after line 2, insert the following: ``(C) such importation or exportation will not involve the use of any pipe line with respect to which eminent domain was, or will be, used to acquire land or other property necessary for its construction, operation, or maintenance.''.
