It seems to me, after talking to a large number of these parties in interest concerning this amendment, that all of them would like to see further guidance from the Attorney General in terms of being more specific about establishing guidelines for what it is that would trigger the reporting requirement. I absolutely envision the Attorney General making those recommendations to help provide meaningful guidance to ISPs.
