I believe it is a privileged question and resolution that has been offered because it goes to the very integrity of the House of Representatives, and I am a part of the House of Representatives. Now, our President had an infamous response---- The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentleman's remarks must be confined to the question of privilege.
