I want to state for the record that on March 19, 2012, I missed the one rollcall vote of the day. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall vote No. 111, on the motion to suspend the rules and pass H.R. 3992--To allow otherwise eligible Israeli nationals to receive E 2 nonimmigrant visas if similarly situated United States nationals are eligible for similar nonimmigrant status in Israel.
