The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 68, line 9, before the period insert the following: ``Provided further, That of the amount made available under this heading and not reserved by the preceding provisos, $10,000,000 shall be made available to carry out section 7091 of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act (Public Law 115-271)''.
