In fact, he stated explicitly that he doesn't think we should be using the current law baseline. He said it; I didn't. Two weeks ago, this same majority--and I end on this point, Mr. Speaker--we passed $294.8 billion in unpaid-for tax breaks for Paris Hilton and Ivanka Trump and the rest of that crowd and their fortune enough to be left a nice inheritance.
