That is unacceptable. I did not engage in any personalities. I read from the record. I didn't call anybody a name. If I read it, it was somebody else that was writing it, not me. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Remarks in debate in the House may not engage in personalities toward the President, whether originating as the Member's own words or being reiterated from another source.
