In some States, those ballots have to be delivered in a timely way to ensure that they arrive on time and that these votes count.

There has been nothing convincing in their responses to us that they really have done the kind of due diligence they should do before this decision.

They need to be talking to employees. They need to know how long it takes to drive from Manchester, New Hampshire down to Boston at the height of rush hour.

What the Postal Service is telling them to do is just get the truck out no matter what they know is coming.
