I understand, but that is not exactly the question I am asking.

I am concerned...we do not really know what was discussed in that meeting.

I was very glad when you announced that you would lift the freeze on hiring and promotions at the State Department.

I believe the fourth tenet of the agreement that was signed in Singapore had to do with returning the remains of Americans.

We need to know the scope of their nuclear weapons program.

This is as manifest a case of unjust detention as we have seen.

If they continue to unjustly detain American citizens, it will significantly alter the tenor of our relationship.

I think it is, again, part of trying to send a clear message to Turkey about what our views are.

I have been involved in efforts, with Senators Lankford and Tillis, to try and delay the delivery of F-35s to Turkey.

I think that is an important message for Turkey to hear.

We have been clear, in all of our communications with the Turkish government, that acquisition of the S-400... there will be consequences.

And there is no doubt about that. Not just in Bosnia-Herzegovina, but, as you point out, in Kosovo and Serbia and throughout the Balkans.

I would love to have you review the record and share with this committee any occasions in which the President has raised those concerns publicly.

I am specifically concerned about the potential for Russian meddling.

So far, we have not seen any actions really taken to address Russia's meddling in the United States, other--by the President.

We have not heard this President even acknowledge that Russia is meddling in, and is continuing to meddle in, American elections.

Russia needs to stop meddling in our internal politics and our internal economy.

I joined with Senator Joni Ernst on a resolution to establish a Senate special committee to provide an independent and comprehensive inquiry into what has been called the worst sex abuse scandal in the history of sports.

I believe strongly that the Senate has a responsibility to investigate the allegations of abuse brought forward by these athletes and ANY other misconduct on the part of USOC and the national governing bodies.

Congress must be resolved not to fail these women the way so many officials have failed them in the past.

And do you have reports that show that they have not been effective? Can you share that with the committee why the 21st Learning Grants you believe are not effective?

How should we tell students in New Hampshire that they are going to be able to afford college and that they are going to be able to go to good schools?
