I want to thank the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Dold), for his leadership in Lali's Law and making sure that that bill comes to the floor for passage, as it is incredibly important to his district and honors Alex and his challenge. I yield to the gentlewoman from New Hampshire (Ms. Kuster), my friend and the co-chairman of the Bipartisan Task Force to Combat the Heroin Epidemic, who is working diligently with me on this task force to do everything we can to help citizens of our State and the Nation.
