I want to thank the gentleman from California (Mr. Knight) for his service on the task force, his service for the last 18 years in uniform, and the gentleman's continued service here in the Congress. The gentleman's depth and understanding of the issue is critical to the passage of the legislation that we are bringing to the floor this week. I look forward to continuing our work with the gentleman, and I thank the gentleman. Mr. Speaker, I now yield to the gentlewoman from our great State of New Hampshire (Ms. Kuster), my esteemed colleague, who is the co- chairman of the bipartisan task force.
