I believe that the United States of America is the solution in the transition.
Kevin Cramer
The Public Record
Kevin John Cramer is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from North Dakota since January 3, 2019. A member of the Republican Party, Cramer previously represented North Dakota's at-large congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from January 3, 2013, to January 3, 2019. Throughout his political career, he has focused on issues such as energy policy, agriculture, and veterans' affairs, often advocating for North Dakota's interests on a national level.
I think we have this tendency suddenly in our culture today, for whatever reason, to think that energy is an industry sector over here and we can just sort of set that aside over there.
I am looking forward to spending more time with you to talk about the specifics as we roll it out.
Do you agree that we should keep the 80-20 split between highways and transit?
Improved and safer roads can mean a connection to a job or other essentials in a more reasonable, or at least a less unreasonable timeframe.
It is my hope that we can continue the trend by crafting a reauthorization bill that meets the priorities of North Dakotans and Marylanders alike.
So, for planning a budgetary certainty, would you prefer, and I would ask Director Omishakin first and then Director Panos, would you prefer guaranteed an increased funding, or would you rather gamble with the application process for a DOT…
If Carper, Capito, Cardin, and Cramer can't solve this problem, nobody in the alphabet can.
