Thank you, thank you very much for what you have just done in North Dakota to change the sulfate standard in the Upper Sheyenne.

If we have an uncontrolled release now out of the east side, it will be an unmitigated disaster.

I believe it is so critical for us at this juncture in history to join together as Republicans and Democrats.
