James Madison said that Congress would fight to the death to protect his Article 1 authority, and I think that was true in James Madison's time.

How could that possibly happen? How could anyone be that irresponsible?

Restrictions on this type of speech require that the Government have a compelling interest and restrict the speech in the least restrictive means.

If the Vice President Biden knew or helped or engaged in any conduct that in any way, while he knew his son was involved in, that was helping move forward the interests of Russia and China, our two strategic adversaries on the world stage…

I find the subject of this hearing fascinating.
