This oil is going to be dumped onto a saturated domestic market.

This is about more energy for this country. This is about economic growth for this country. This is about jobs for this country.

We must repeal COOL today or we risk billions of dollars worth of retaliation.

I think a very easy out that lets everybody walk away a winner on both sides, consumers and producers, and that is simply take the existing law where it concerns cattle and beef and change it from 'mandatory' to 'voluntary.'

Addressing these issues is vital for the well-being of our communities.

The legislative draft being worked on by Senators Hoeven and Blumenthal will ensure this to be the case.

Wouldn't it make sense to have just one regulator? Have the state be a primary regulator?

I sponsored the Keystone XL pipeline legislation which we passed in the Senate with well more than 60 votes.

We now rank 41st in the world in terms of siting projects.

So we can get billions invested, a growing economy, and job creation by giving certainty to industry.

Pipelines are, by far, the safest way, the most efficient way to move a product.

Our permitting system in this country is way out of date.
