Under Secretary, DHS is working on getting the biometric exit system implemented, and it is something that we need in order to enforce against visa overstays.

How close are you to solving it? And how much is it going to cost?

There is no question about it. In other cases, it is a lack of accountability.

As you know, there have been serious problems at the IHS facilities in the Great Plains region.

I am very concerned about any reductions to the support for crop insurance. That is the number one risk-management tool for our farmers.
