But that hospital needs investment. The parent company is not doing that.

The existing hospital in Devil's Lake is a critical access hospital that serves the entire lake region, the community, the tribe, and the whole region.

We need to address the disparities in water access faced by Native tribes.

We have taken a number of steps, and one of those is legislation. I am a cosponsor of the PASS Act with Senator Tester, Senator Rounds.

But there is widespread concern about the hospital and care there, not because of the employees. The employees there are great. They are doing a super job. The problem is getting investment into that hospital.

We really do need your help on figuring out how we get this needed investment for the benefit of the tribe and the region.

I want to know any and all tools that you have under any and all funding, or any funding or any authorities or anything else you have that can help us get the common spirit, parent company, to make the needed investment in that hospital…
