Is Canada looking at doing something like we did, which is say that, if you have been in Syria or if you have been in Iraq within the last 5 years, you actually have to apply for a visa?

We have to be serious about fixing this problem. If we are serious about fixing this problem, we are going to be serious about funding the fix.
