But it does raise taxes on farmers and small businesses that might make $400,000, and I think that you hit the nail on the head when you said that the intent of this, and I think this is most conservatives' problem is to raise revenue that I know my colleagues have pointed out that this government, this body should not be spending.

I recognize now that my understanding of those relationships may not have always matched yours.
I am imperfect. I have made mistakes, but I do not believe I committed sexual harassment.
And conduct that is otherwise permissible does not automatically become misconduct, simply because enough individual moments are assembled together and viewed through the darkest possible ends.
