I think there are real credibility problems.

Dr. Hamburg, but in the second paragraph of your letter last December, you talked about, 'Importing non-FDA-approved drugs represents four potential risks.' No one is talking about importing non-FDA-approved drugs.

Let's deal with identical drugs, however. Let's just talk about identical drugs.

But, I'm talking--did this pilot have adequate training on--you know, look, in the first 10 hours of instruction, when you want to get a pilot's license, you learn what a stall is and how to recover from it.

The answer is no. We're not quite measuring up with the same level of safety with this new area of regional carriers.

I want the FAA to work, I want our government to work, and I want Ms. Hersman's most-wanted list not to be ignored.

And that's the 250 hours.

It seems, to me at least, that the safety of the passengers, both for regional carriers and large carriers, should be the overriding factor, versus self-reporting.

You'd better believe we would.

So, then the question is--then the question is, not just a new rule, although a new rule is probably reasonable, but, How do we enforce rules?

I think that's--I don't know. I----
