I think many times that we all, no matter which side we are on, Democrat or Republican, we want to do what we think is right for the people of this country, as well as the environment. And as the gentleman from New Jersey said, my friend, and the gentleman from Arizona previously, this is a win-win for the Park Service and the taxpayers. Very seldom do we have debates on the floor where we can have both parties coming together and saying that this is a win for the taxpayer and this is a win for the Park Service. I want to just share with my colleagues, I have three or four photographs I would like to show. I have had the pleasure of getting to know these wonderful people from the Cherokee Tribe in Cherokee, North Carolina, the home of the gentleman from North Carolina (Mr. Taylor), who wanted to be here today, but is running late because of his flight. These are the people that I think, and the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Kildee) can speak to this better than I when he speaks in a few minutes, that of all of the people in this country that have been neglected, it has to be the Indians. I have never met such nice people, and meek and easy-going, intelligent people.
