Earlier we heard from our colleagues that there is going to be a $3 return to the American people for every tax dollar they give up to get this program funded in the next 5 years. I want to tell you that I think the American people would be happy to see that return. Show me any Federal program that returns to hardworking taxpayers $3 for every dollar they pay in, and I will show you some swampland in New Mexico. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
