Mr. Speaker, I don't know about my colleagues across the aisle, it's not a paid vacation for me. I go home and spend time with my constituents and hear from them what's of concern. Maybe they're on vacation, but I know the people on our side of the aisle are not on vacation. They're working hard for the American people, and I reserve the balance of my time. Mr. McGOVERN.
