However, what we should be doing is more debating of some of the underlying issues that are creating this increased workplace violence, and we are not doing that as a Congress. We need to be looking at why these things that are happening are happening. And I am sorry that we are not doing that. And I am sorry we are doing a rushed product here when we could be working together.
