Again, I want to thank Mr. Courtney for the comments he has made during this debate today. He has been a very kind colleague. However, what we should be doing is more debating of some of the underlying issues that are creating this increased workplace violence, and we are not doing that as a Congress. We need to be looking at why these things that are happening are happening. And I am sorry that we are not doing that. And I am sorry we are doing a rushed product here when we could be working together. Madam Speaker, I urge my colleagues to vote ``no'' on the en bloc amendments and ``no'' on the underlying bill, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 303, the previous question is ordered on the amendments en bloc printed in part C of House Report 117-15 offered by the gentleman from Connecticut (Mr. Courtney). The question is on the amendments en bloc. The en bloc amendments were agreed to. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. Amendment No. 5 Offered by Mr. Keller The SPEAKER pro tempore. It is now in order to consider amendment No. 5 printed in part C of House Report 117-15.
