The gentlewoman from Michigan is correct. The union members are not at fault. The union bosses are at fault, and hardworking, nonunion taxpayers should not be bailing out the union bosses for their mistakes. Mr. Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. David P. Roe).
