“I think the debate on this bill today points out why we have such a broken system in this country right now. The Federal Government has no business being in the farm business. That would destroy an average of 693 jobs every year through 2020; drain $726 billion from disposable income, $38 billion from personal savings, and $33 billion from business investments.”
