The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of section 1107, add the following new subsection: (e) Cap on Total Obligations and Expenditures.-- Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the total amount of price loss coverage payments and revenue loss coverage payments made under this section during the period of fiscal years 2014 through 2020 shall not exceed $16,956,500. Producer agreements required by section 1108 shall specifically state that payments made under this section shall be reduced as necessary to comply with this subsection. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 271, the gentlewoman from North Carolina (Ms. Foxx) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from North Carolina.
