Now, she is pursuing a radical agenda at the Department of Labor, writing 75 new regulations that will hurt workers and job creators. Acting Secretary Su continues to thumb her nose at Congress and the American public. Under Ms. Su's leadership, the DOL has stonewalled congressional oversight.
