“Mr. Speaker, I thank Representative Chabot for organizing this Special Order tonight so that we could pay tribute to our colleague, Steve LaTourette. And Jennifer, I hope that you and the children are being comforted by the words that you are hearing here tonight. I want to associate myself with all the comments that I have been able to hear tonight about Steve. He truly was a dedicated public servant and a champion for his constituents in Ohio for 18 years.
