Mr. President, reserving the right to object, I want to go back and talk about the concept of doing our jobs. We have done a lot over the last 12 months. For people to say we haven't done anything--let's go back and talk about the 12 circuit judges, Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme Court, extraordinary regulatory reform--a number of very positive things. I know that your perspective is different based on what side of the aisle you are on, but I am actually very proud of what we as a Congress have accomplished and what this President has accomplished. Unanimous Consent Request--H.R. 1301 Reserving the right to object--I do object, but I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 36, H.R. 1301; that the amendment at the desk, which provides for full funding for authorized activities in the National Defense Authorization Act, be considered and agreed to; that the bill, as amended, be considered read a third time and passed; and that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection has been heard to the request from the Senator from Hawaii. Is there objection to the request from the Senator from North Carolina?
