Mr. President, it is interesting that I am not a Senator from Florida but I am a Senator who was born in Florida. With due respect to my friend, Senator Nelson, there was something the Senator said that I had not thought to talk about, but I think we have to. It has to do with a bit of a shift in the thinking of this President, unlike any other President in the last 40 years, since the Ayatollahs have come into power.
