I along with Ranking Member Toomey and 10 other Members of this Committee recently sent a letter to Mr. Kerry urging Mr. Kerry and the Biden administration as a whole to refrain from engaging in attempts to coerce financial institutions into agreeing to a centrally planned U.S. energy policy that unfairly targets legal U.S. energy businesses and, by proxy, their workers.
