Mr. President, amendment No. 925 recognizes the work that has been done by the Judicial Conference to make discovery in civil cases less cumbersome and costly. Amendment No. 926 incorporates language from the 15th Amendment--no denial or abridgement of the right to vote on account of race--into our budget instructions. I thank the Chair.
