I think you are onto a point there because as--as somebody who was a senior manager, I wanted to be able to get the most talented, most capable person for a position.

The key there is exactly what I’ve said. That this agreement, the 1776 fund, needs to go away, and the language with respect to audits needs to be very tightly tailored.
