The key there is exactly what I’ve said. That this agreement, the 1776 fund, needs to go away, and the language with respect to audits needs to be very tightly tailored.
I think if we could have just gotten some of the members to recognize some of their priorities are never going to happen ... we’d get a lot more done.
The president's not winning on this issue. It is killing some of our candidates because they can't explain it.
