“In her particular case, it was not limited to osteoporosis, which is the case with a lot of seniors today who have multiple health problems or multiple health conditions. She herself said that she took 11 prescriptions a day. Now, one of the reasons that she came to see us is she is one of the fortunate seniors that is insured. She has an add-on policy that provides some costs for drugs; and she said, whatever you do, let everybody else have the opportunity who is a senior to buy, but do not limit me; let me stay with the plan I am comfortable with. That is a challenge to us, to make sure that whatever we design is equally as good, if not better, than what she has.”
