Mr. Arny, if Congress increased the funding level for FUDS clean-up, could the Department effectively use the money to increase the level of effort and shorten the time line for completion?

My suggestion in the future is that when you guys huddle inside the COVID team, try to get the Administration to refrain from making these proclamations until we have got the product, until we know who we are negotiating with.
