Richard Burr: “Things might move to North Carolina all of a sudden.”

There is no Member that has defended the FDA more than this one and there is no Member in Congress that has tried to fix areas when they are broken than this one.

I am concerned Ms. Kotagal lacks impartiality to interpret the law.

The FDA failed to do its job, plain and simple.

I want to thank you for scheduling this hearing to highlight the need for Congress to consider legislation to encourage Americans to save more for their futures.
